Overview

Saint Bernadette School, established in September, 1948, is a Parish elementary school serving the educational needs of children of varying intellectual abilities. In September of the year 2000 we have also implemented a CARES After School Program. Under the leadership of Father Wright, our pastor, working closely with our Principal, Sister John Marie, Saint Bernadette School serves the education needs of the parish. The faculty is composed of religious and lay teachers who create for the school community an atmosphere enlivened by the Gospel spirit of freedom and charity. Each student is helped to reach their fullest potential as an individual: spiritually – intellectually – socially – and physically – in preparation for entrance into high school and ultimately for life and life eternal.

School Tuition - 2007/2008

Saint Bernadette is a "Tithing Parish" and Sunday Contributions are voluntary. Thanks to the generosity and "tithing spirit" of the entire Parish Community we can offer you the following Tuition Levels:

CARES Tuition – 2007/2008

The "CARES After-School Program" is from 3PM to 6PM Monday through Friday when Saint Bernadette School is in session. There is a non-refundable Registration Fee of $25 per family. The CARES Fees on regular school days are as follows:

Single Child - $5.00 an hour or $14.00 a day; Two Children - $9.00 an hour or $27.00 a day; Three or More Children - $13.00 an hour or $36.00 a day.

On days when school has a half-day session, the CARES Program is available from 12 Noon to 6PM. The CARES Fees when school has half-day sessions are as follows:

Single Child - $5.00 an hour or $29.00 a day; Two Children - $9.00 an hour or $52.00 a day; Three or More Children - $13.00 an hour or $75.00 a day.

The CARES Program runs from September (soon after the opening day of school) to June (very near to the closing day of school).
